Buyers may not see your products if your mobile number is not verified

  • You can add your mobile number by clicking on your account name, then going to “My Account” and waiting for the verification code to appear
  • Click “Confirm” after entering the code

3. List your products

  • To begin selling, go to the “Me” tab on the lower right corner of your screen and click the “Start Selling” button under the “My Wallet” section.
  • Please make sure that you check the list of items that you are not supposed to sell on the platform before adding anything
  • To list items for sale, click “+ Add Products”. You can either click “Save” or “Publish” after entering your details (such as product name, photo, short description, product category, size, etc.).

4. Set up your shop profile

Go to the “Shop Profile” section of “Seller Assistant.”

  • Name your shop

Keep in mind that you can only change your name once every 30 days; make sure it follows Shopee’s naming policy.

  • Add a short description

Describe what you sell, where you ship from, and when you are usually online.

  • Add your logo

Make your shop look more legitimate by communicating what your brand is all about.

5. Add your shipping details

  • Select your preferred shipping partners under “My Shipping”.

  • You can add a new address by clicking on “Pickup Address” and choosing “Add a new address”.
    • Default pickup, default return, and/or default address can all be set at the bottom of the screen.

6. Ship out your first order

  • Take note of the Shopee Order ID by going to “My Sales” and clicking “To Ship.”
  • Be sure to pack your items properly; double-check to ensure they are in the right place
  • If you would like to schedule a pickup date with your chosen last-mile delivery partner, click “Arrange Pickup”
  • After booking your pickup, go to the “View Pickup Details” page and then click on the “Print Waybill” button.
